1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Standard Delivery (3–7 business days): Available across India.

• Express Delivery (1–3 business days): Available in select cities.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier delays).

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on location and order value).

• Express Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is not delivered, it will be returned to us.

• For re-dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged / Missing Packages

• Please check your package upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incomplete package, kindly report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos.

7. Service Coverage

• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

• Remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery timelines or limited service.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
